This was my third stay with Conrad. Consistently maintaining the service and standards

Rooms are good and relatively spacious. Location is very good close to gate 79. Breakfast is good but can do with more protein options as the abundant variety hides a lack of solid proteins. Staff are generally supportive but internal communication seems to be a lacking in coordination.

Very close to haram, neat & clean, exceptionally fast lifts, hardly had to wait more than 10-15 seconds. The services were great. The prayer area inside the hotel itself was also very convenient with a full haram view. The voice of Azaan & prayer was clearly audible in the prayer area & also inside the room with volume adjustment provided. The room size was also very good & spacious. overall, it's definitely a 10.

Location for Umrah is perfect. Hotel is well maintained, clean and relatively well furnished. The attached mall is very good with food and shopping options, nice coffee shop (Ratio) just outside. Housekeeping services are very good. Staff are generally pleasant but lack some internal communication and coordination.
