I like the staff specially the attendant on 13 th floor , location .
Everything: Management, sisters at reception, housekeeping bros, all of them are very kind and helpful.
Proximity to Al Masjid is excellent.
Best experience in Makkah.
The customer service from staff was exceptional. Basem assisted me in checking in and ensuring everything was setup. And the other staff at reception, made it easy for me to check out and store my luggage while I waited for my airport pickup. Overall great experience.
The nearest from Haram, the cleanliness , the price and the staff
They let us check in early, and property is just 10 min walk to El Masjid elharam. Staff were really helpful and caring, whenever we needed help especially Othman, the gentleman located by the door, he helped us on the way way in and out and caught a taxi for us to head to the airport and negotiated the driver to give us the best rate, I really appreciate him. I would definitely come back, and I highly recommend this place. Thank you.
