The hotel is close to the Haram. The staff were polite and helpful. We ordered in-room dining, which arrived late, but the next day they offered Saudi coffee as a gesture of apology. The supervisor at reception was especially kind and had a great attitude.
The place is very tidy and clean and the service is excellent
This was my fourth stay at the hotel. The place is always clean, the location is very close to the Haram, and everything is well-organized. It’s always my go-to choice whenever I visit Makkah.
Clean and quiet, one of the staff there his name is walled in just two words ( helpful and amazing ) , next time hope to see him the main manager coz he got the skills to mange that area , thanks heaps Mr walled
Had a wonderful experience. Great people and service at all levels. I would specifically like to highlight kids play area (complementary amenity) which was professionally managed and our kids really enjoyed their time.
