- The visit was quick. - The evening receptionist upon check-in was responsive and helpful, answering all my questions. - I was pleased with the welcome, attention, and follow-up on my requests, especially Ms. Hamida at the front desk. - I was honored to meet the hotel manager, who was welcoming and welcoming. A minor issue was resolved professionally, courteously, and respectfully. - The room was clean and spacious, quiet, and the bed was comfortable. - The hotel's location is excellent. - Parking is available in front of, behind, and on the side of the hotel. - There are three elevators, allowing for quick access. - The room was upgraded. - The breakfast was fairly varied, and I was only able to have breakfast once due to my upcoming assignment. - If I return to Rabigh, this hotel will be my first choice.

It was really a nice expereicne to stay. Staff especially Ms. Hameeda was very cooperative at front desk.

Clean, new furniture, very comfortable and the staff hospitality is genuine.

This hotel surprises from stay to breakfast, it was large room although room was not modern fitted but it was decent good room and on top of that it good breakfast especially ambience & architectural work in breakfast/Restuarant sitting area in level 2
