The whole staff was so nice and helpful, Yousef greeted us and was very helpful during checkin, we then met shurooq, anytime we came to the reception desk she would check in and make sure we were comfortable, the hotel was clean, comfortable and the staff was more than accommodating and hospitable.

I do not know where to start from. I loved everything about the hotel included but limited to the staff, especial the young ladies in the restaurant Lily and Maimouna, the cleanness, the comfort. The location is a little bit far from Al Haram around 25min walk but there is a shuttle bus going every 1hr before the prayer time.

The hotel is relative new. It is clean and not really crowded. The bed is comfortable. The price is very affordable. We hope this hotel keep this quality because business is not only about the money.
