The hotel is great and clean, the staff were great and welcoming, the food is great too
Very nice hotel for the price value, located not far from the haram, thumbs up to the reception staff and the chef for the good and delicious suhur!
This was my Second time staying at the property and 3rd including my family’s visit because I loved the staff’s warmth and welcoming hospitality at this hotel. It’s good value for your money and conveniently located in the main shopping district of Makkah

I had a fantastic time the stay was exceptional, the staff were extremely friendly polite and welcoming, the open buffet breakfast was daily prepped and at high level, the reception team as a whole were fantastic, thankyou to everyone from me and my wife. You raised the bar very high.
