Studio is clean, veery well equipped, wifi is good, air conditioning is good, there is a huge tv, but I don't watch so cant comment. there is also a small private yard, which is very nice to chill outside when temp is comfortable. Neighborhood is quite, but you are close to supermarket or small places for food and coffee. Nord Riyadh is always preferable for me to be close to airport, main attractions. BTW metro (line 1) is also 30mins by foot or 5mins with taxi. Host is super helpful and very responsive: before my arrival, during stay and at checkout. super experience! you go in and out with smart lock. there are 2 doors with different keys, which is extra security (if you are concerned). Price is very reasonable. All in all, HIGHLY recommend this studio or the apartment next to that (same host). You will be in great hands!
