Easy access to the location, close to all services, tolerant and smiling staff, excellent cleanliness

I liked the provided medical bedding and billows, personal ironing, no smoking rooms really made the room non smelly, heated shower for the toilet seat, location, the friendly welcoming by the receptionist Mr. Bander Al-Enizy, and the positive care and attention given by Mrs. Sarah from costumer service.

Excellent hotel in a place where you don't expect to find such facility and comfort.

Everything is great , room is very spacious with a separate seating area which is very nice, decor is very beautiful, even the bed sheets and comforters smells very nice , they also gave us a nice welcoming drink

Nice receptionist at the front also cleaness of the room and facility.
