I arrived after a very long day of touristic driving through Serbia. A parking space had been blocked off for me. The hotel manager greeted me warmly by my first name. My arrival had been expected. She was wonderfully cheerful and courteous to a me, a complete stranger, while acquainting me with the restaurant location and my room.
Loved the design of the hotel and location was good. Had a parking parking space for us ready and they let us plug in our car overnight to charge it. 10/10 customer service. Also the restaurant they have is great
