The host can speak English. Plenty of parking spaces nearby. The room is spacious, clean, and bright. Bed is comfortable. You can walk for 10 minutes to the city center.
The owner was really welcoming and very helpful. The room had everything I needed and everything was useful.
This small studio is right by the pretty river and the location is just outside downtown, easily walkable. The owner speaks no English but uses Google translate very well and is very welcoming. The actual apartment is impeccable and the bed so comfortable. The bathroom, small kitchen, everything was almost new and spotless. Great closet space, lots of light, one of the best places I have reserved. Another place rudely denied my stay and I was lucky to find this gem.

Great host (friendly, polite, punctual, attentive, caring, communicative), location (approx. 10-15 min from bus station), facilities (electric stove, fridge, air conditioner etc.), soundproofing, thermal insulation, cleanliness, WiFi, thoughtful living space and attention to details. The apartment well organized and equipped, literally have all you need.
