Everything was good as always. Luka receptionists was very helpful and nice.
Staff was very friendly and even gave us tips for a enjoying Belgrade.
Left phone at a restaurant downstairs and they went and picked it up for me without me even asking.

Very well located - staff at the reception is super reactive and outstanding. They had someone checking me in at nearly 1am after a delayed flight and were super helpful at check out to help me get to the bus station
