The brilliant service at reception. Chris had helped me locate my lost phone and take us to the police station. Really exceptional care and customer service!! The buffet breakfast was one of the best in terms of taste and variety!
The staff were very accommodating with the late check out and always very polite helpful with any questions asked, excellent service.
Breakfast at the PUBLICO restaurant is nice with a variety of choices. You can also choose to eat inside or outside. The hotel itself is not so large but that makes it efficient to get around.
