Excellent location right across from Hrad Devin. Several restaurants in the town, within walking distance. It is located right on the bus stop as well. The house was huge and the common room and kitchen were very clean. The room was large, comfortable and the linens were very nice. The bathroom had a big shower, not common in many properties. There is a terrace that has a view over to the castle. The owner and his small dogs are very nice.
We were a company od five and had a wonderful time in thin accomodation. Comfortable rooms, the use of big and well-equipped kitchen, spatious dining room and a beautiful terrace surraunded by well-cured colourful garden with a pond.
The house has also a surprisingly spatious, hotel-like garage.
The location itself is off the centre of Bratislava, but with a stunning wiev and surroudings. It is well connected to the centre by bus (the bus station is right in front of the house), so no need to use taxis or your own car to commute.
What makes this place even more memorable, is the host, Juraj, super nice and helpfull. He offered us every info about getting around.
He also offered some tasteful home-made produce :-))
When returning to Bratislava, We will definitely choose this place again!
Owner is lovely. Right beside the bus stos into the city. Only 10 mins. Spectacular view. Highly recommend.
Close to Devin castle and situated in a quiet town, this accommodation offered a good value stay. Underground on-site parking behind a secure gate was appreciated. Large bed and very nice bathroom. The number 29 bus, which runs regularly and stops very close to the property, is a great way to get into town and back again. It only costs 0.9 Euro one way, but the ticket can only be purchased from the next bus stop opposite the church. We purchased our bus tickets while shopping in town the day before we travelled.
We very much enjoyed staying at Rezident consult. The facilities were excellent and the terrace overlooking the castle had spectacular views so was a great place to relax in the evening. George, the owner, was very kind (shared his plums with us!) and on hand if we needed any help. We used the local bus to travel to the city centre and found this to be reliable and efficient. We also sampled local wine. George will give you the details of the vineyard if you are interested. Thank you again for making our holiday so enjoyable!
