Location was great,,room size was fantastic and bathroom and toiletries amazing,plus reception staff were welcoming friendly and couldn't do enough

Nice looking and well appointed hotel close to the centre of Clitheroe. Decent rooms, comfy bed, good shower and nice toiletries.

The fact there's a good brewery and pub on site was very useful.

Special mention to one of the hotel reception staff (a Slovak lady) who was especially helpful and promoted the hotel with enthusiasm you don't usually see.

The room did get hot, as mentioned by others, but fans are provided on request.

Excellent breakfast. Friendly staff. Beautiful room.

Parking was a issue, but we got it resolved with a bit of perseverance..rooms were humid. Windows being open encourage fly's from river nxt to hotel.

Staff very friendly and helpful.

We enjoyed our stay for my daughter wedding and everyone did her proud.

Spacious clean room. Well heated. Parking a little awkward - should have been closer. Breakfast good choice for me as vegan. Staff friendly and very helpful.
