We loved this apartment. The facilities including the very spacious rooms, comfy beds and stacks of items in the kitchen was great, along with the very useful wifi. One of our party was poorly and it affected an item in the apartment. The owner was very good about it. The instructions to get into the property were very clear which was good because it could otherwise have been a little bit complicated!
The apartment is quite magical inside - beautifully decorated with everything you might need and was very comfortable. It would have been great for a stay of a few more days, but as it was we only needed one night there. It's within walking distance of the town, shops, also some nice bars and pubs, etc.
Clean, tidy, well laid out. Comfy beds. Plenty of space for us. All we could need in the way of facilities. Washing machine was good but the dryer kept showing a fault after a time
This apartment is lovely, furnished to the highest spec and still homely at the same time. It was refreshing and a lovely place to stay. The rooms were comfortable and the place had all the amenities you would require. We only stayed one night but would have happily stayed longer if we could! It also came with your own parking spot in a private car park which is definitely a bonus in Birmingham.
Communication was excellent. , the location was brilliant as everything was around, everything was clean, lady was very politely when spoke to her over the phone will stay again, Park was free
