The location is very good, away from the city noise but still close to the City Centre. The Host is reasonable, communicate excellently

I can’t say enough about this place. It is so nice. We had a group who had been traveling for awhile and treated ourselves the last few nights with our stay here. It was so comfortable and had everything we needed. We didn’t want to leave. Very secure building, great check-in with very helpful staff, great location that is easy to find for rideshare and taxis so you will have no problem getting around. We walked a few minutes to a stellar cafe and Thai massage place, and there were other bars, restaurants, and cafes within walking distance. Short drive from New St train station and major shopping areas such as the Bullring. The apt was spotless, comfortable beds, spacious, washing machine, host gave us detergent pods to use for doing laundry, dishwasher, water cooler and vending machine in lobby, literally everything we needed! Staff also very responsive to any needs.

Milla met us when we arrived and showed us round and explained everything. Was very friendly and welcoming.

It was super clean. Good location to grocery store and rail station. Comfortable sitting and bedding.

The entire experience from beginning to end was top notch! The location was convenient to the centre city, grocery store, restaurants and pubs. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating. The flat is absolutely clean and has everything you need. Modern, streamlined, and stylish! The shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, hand soap & lotion smell amazing! They thought of everything you'd need. The management is very responsive, so helpful and kind. I'd live here if I could. 10 out of 10 from me! Thank you for so much!
