This is my second stay in the Baglioni hotel. I like the location directly facing Kensington Garden. The breakfast is so good and more importantly the friendly and helpful staff of the hotel. Thank you to Elena at the reception and the hotel manager for understanding and for the complimentary upgrade to a nice and spacious suite

the staff is very nice; they allowed us to check-in early without notice; cleaning staff does a very good job.
Very good breakfast. Very good location...Central, but reasonably quiet; across the road from the Hyde park. Very friendly and helpful concierge service. Everything in the hotel is medium sized, but functional and nicely decorated. A little bit on an expensive side, but overall a nice and pleasant experience, particularly considering the hectic London environment.
