Staff was friendly and helpful and the location was great

I enjoyed my stay in this room in London. The area is very nice and felt safe, with easy access to public transport and nearby shops. The room was clean and had everything I needed. It was a bit small, but I think that’s typical for London. Overall, a good place to stay and I would consider coming back.

I'm a single mom with two littles and the staff were exceptional at making sure we had all we needed, making us feel welcome, and my kids enjoyed their stay. Thank you! And thank you to the kind dining room staff woman who played with/entertained my children during breakfast time!

Breakfast cooked to order, garden terrace, very friendly staff, all very clean. Small bedroom fan was handy. Very good price for London.

Really great, stayed for one night for a concert in Hyde park. Excellent location, lovely clean rooms, great facilities and a great breakfast the next day
