Location. Comfortable bed. Clean room and bathroom. Owners are friendly.
The hosts and staff were really nice and friendly, had a warm welcome and departure.

Comfortable bed, great view over the sea, friendly staff, no noise from other guests; quite private. Despite what the website says, there is cheap on-street parking very close by.
The room was very clean, all appliances were new and in good state. Wonderful sea view from the window and the balcony. Both the beach and the city centre are just 1 minute walk from the hotel. Free early check-in since 12:00 on Saturday was very helpful, as it was convenient to come earlier and go siteseeing after checking in.
