Ruby on reception was so helpful and friendly.
The food was lovely and good value and the room was well appointed.
Great stay it's got good parking and the lady at the reception Asma was very helpful it's got food/bar downstairs if you need and it's pretty close to a few retail parks aswell. I would stay again if in the area
Nice and friendly staff and a really clean room, perfect for an overnight stay
When booking the rooms, i phoned up a couple of times to change them the staff were very helpful.It was very easy to find, great choice of breakfast, it was an extra but good vaule. and a good choice, my daughter who is vegan, they only did vegetarian sausages, which she could not eat. So the manager offered my daughter her breakfast for free, Bar was open to guests as late as needed, and snack food was offered 24 hours.
Great stay, friendly helpful staff, good location for in and out of town.
