Set in a large Victorian house, Arbor House Hotel is located close to Oban Town Center, less than 20 minutes walk from Oban Ferry Terminal and Train Station. Free Wi-Fi is available in some rooms. The bright and airy bedrooms are individually decorated, retaining many original Victorian features, and each has a TV and tea/coffee facilities. Some rooms have private bathrooms, while others have access to shared facilities. Arbor House Hotel is very close to the Town Center and many local amenities are close by. The Atlantis Leisure Center, The Corran Halls, tennis courts, McCaigs Tower, the Cathedral and local Cinema are all within easy walking distance. The guest house is also conveniently located for buses, trains and ferries. Parking is available in the street, and the pay and display car park at the end of the road which is free between 18:00 and 09:00.

Short walk downtown. Parking was nearby, although paid during the day. Twin room was tight but adequate for two. Bathroom was only shared with 2 other rooms and was in good shape. Square box shower as in so many other places.
The bathroom and shower were very large and easy to use. Good communication about parking and check-in. Originally told the credit card machine was down, so to check in with cash, however, when we called the day of check-in, we were told the machine was working, so using a card was okay. That was helpful in our timing.
There is a nice ledge in the room that is helpful with keeping things organized, and the refrigerator was very nice and not something I was expecting to have in the room. Good size sink and mirror in the room.
Very comfy beds, quit place , good contact with reception , close to centre .
Everything about this place is amazing! The reception by the owner and her explanation of the apartment, Inverness and the region, the warm homely welcome and feel, and the space to wake up and give the other person the space to wake up at their own pace.
The beds were very comfortable, the room was big and well furnished, and there was abundant tea and sugar, etc. The toilet and shower rooms were clean and supplied with a lot of towels, etc.
