A one star property in terms of service with no luggage storage and strict checkout times. Our double room was tiny at 110 square feet (much smaller than a cruise ship cabin). However it was very clean, well laid out, had good fans and a beautiful bathroom with a great shower. Lots of outlets.
Very clean, friendly staff, possibility to make tee or coffee in the room, very good location near the British museum and not far from transportation. We could leave our stuff there after checkout . The ventilator in the room.
We came as a family of 4 - two parents and two children.
The room had 2 double beds, which is not common in London.
The bathroom was large, and had many shelves and places to put our stuff - again, this is not common in London.
The location was wonderful! It's close to the university of London, so the atmosphere is very student-like, and feels safe to go around. There are many cafes and bars around (not in the same street, but 7-10 minutes walk).
The closest tube station (Goodge Street on the Northern line) was quite close, and there was a bicycle hire station close by as well.
Beautiful hotel very well located. Clean rooms and helpful staff. Very spacious rooms
Friendly staff. Clean. Great breakfast. Accommodating. Immersion with the locals. Not touristy
