The hotel was modern and clean. The room was spacious, air conditioned, and clean. Complimentary water, tea, coffee and a kettle were provided. The rooms were quiet as was the hallway. There was plenty of parking. Breakfast was good. Overall a good value for money. Also was close to a Sainsbury superstore, great for shopping and petrol.

The hotel is in a lovely location and has a very comfortable lobby. Excellent if you are traveling with pets.

Lobby area with bar and restaurant area was nice. Spa and swimming pool was nice. Breakfast was fine but the queue to self service station was very long! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff were truly wonderful and couldn't do enough to help us. Everywhere was clean and well kept. If I could take the bed home I would because it's so comfortable!!! The dinner at the KWIBA event was excellent, served in a timely manner and piping hot. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! As someone with dietary needs, the fact it was all catered for with no issue makes a huge difference to my experience, thank you so much!!! I'd have happily paid double what I did for the room because it was exceptional. Thank you also for making my husband's Assistance Dog so welcome - we have had issues in the past with hotels refusing entry.
