Clean , comfortable, very helpful staff and in a great location.
This is a great independent hostel, warmly welcoming, cozy, and comfortable. We stayed in a six bed dorm, which had an attached toilet and shower, while we attended the Braemar Highland Games. You can trave by bus from Ballater to Braemer but be sure to get the early bus.
I cooked my own breakfast, all the required utensils were there
Great shower and kitchen. It also provided a dry room for any wet clothes and the beds were comfortable.
Good facilities, clean, lovsly people. Dominique was very uncomplicated and helpful with all questions.
