The room was very clean and wonderful for a solo traveller. The nespresso machine was a nice touch. There’s AC and the bed was very comfortable. The washroom was very spacious
This hotel is great. The communication before the stay, during the stay and also after the stay is superb. All the system of self-check-in, self check-out, lugguge lockers....Wow. I am greatfull I found a hotel in London where I will stay always while visiting the city. The bakery right next to the main entrace of the hotel is so tasty and with the 30% discount for the hotel clients.

Great location, lots of options within walking distance or public transit. Easy access (assuming you have WhatsApp or internet access, which not all do while traveling). Air conditioner worked great in the room, and windows opened enough to get a good breeze at night. Curtains worked well to block the early morning sunlight. Great bakery (Gail’s) downstairs.
