Excellent position short walk to seafront and funfair also 2 parks one with boating lake and mini train and both have children's playgrounds. Pub and award winning chippy opposite and choice of restaurants. Minutes walk to bus station and metro, Morrisons and shops and ferry to northshields. The Grotto is well worth a visit on the E1 bus or car and you can walk across the Lee's to it and the light house.
A great stay, delicious breakfast and lots of extra personal touches in the room. Convenient location near the sea and town centre.
Very warm welcome by the owner, the room was immaculate with everything I could have needed and very quiet. Ideally located walking distance from the beach, great price and would highly recommend.
The host was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was perfect with lots of options, kept me going until tea time. I particularly liked the little extras in the room such as an iron and hygiene items
The whole experience from walking through the door to leaving. Room is comfy with lots of extras including a box of chocolates.
Breakfast was amazing and freshly cooked whilst we waited.
Perfect location to bars, restaurants, shops and beach me we will definitely book here again.
