Very handy for using cheap public transport (buses) to get to the hotel from one Heathrow terminal and leave from the hotel the next morning to get to a different Heathrow terminal. Staff on arrival were friendly and helpful. Size of room and included facilities were good.

Location was excellent, just a mile from the airport. And the shuttle back to the airport was quite convenient. Room was chilled just like I like it, upon arrival.

While the rooms were small, they were comfortable and well appointed. The windows could be opened for fresh air. The best feature is the closeness to Heathrow Airport. The dining at the Ariel was excellent. I had a couple of meals in the restaurant and they were well presented and delicious. The bar makes a great g+t. I didn't notice any noise from airplanes landing or taking off.
