Had a problem with booked room, problem was resolved very quickly and another room was found, all members of staff involved with resolving the issue, did so quickly and very professionally, I'd definitely stay here again.
Warm welcome at check in. Very convenient for station. Hotel and room very clean.
I liked the friendliness of some of the kitchen staff knowing that I am a coeliac by giving me glutenfree bread and bananas as I couldn't have any pastries or glutenfree cereals.
That's on my personal side. My companions liked the breakfast and the friendly staff.
We stayed 10 nights and would return.
We used public transport which is a few steps away.
Many restaurants and shops nearby too.
Customer service. The staff Ana and Manager Stephen exceeds my expectations as I have been treated very well. Their professionalism was excellent.
