The staff was amazing and the place was well appointed and very clean.

Great location, walkable to Paddington underground, Clean, quiet room, spacious, two standard sinks in our bathroom, great customer service a special mention to Anan ( front desk) if I remember correctly her name.

The staff were really kind and were willing to help with anything! The location was great, and so was the room.

It’s walking distance to Paddington station and a couple other underground stations that make it really convenient to travel around London. Also the AC was lovely in the room. Much appreciated with the summer heat.

Hotel location on a relatively quiet street between the Paddington and Bayswater areas- strategic access for several Tube routes to get anywhere in the city (though a several blocks walk to any Station but was through pleasant neighborhoods). Staff was nice and helpful. Buffet breakfast was good though a bit pricey (we pre-paid with the reservation to get a slightly better rate)
