Amazing location even having to check in at the sister hotel which is a bit if a walk from the boat house wouldn't put us off staying again. It was lovely clean and check in was smooth. Good value for a night's stay. Had tea coffee making facilities comfy bed and shower. We will be back . Really near the fantastic restaurant the whitstable oyster company and pubs such as the persons Arms lazy lobster and short walk from the Neptune. Also there is a little place outside to have brekkie on the beach right outside the huts.

Beachside property, perfect for coastal walk and seeing the amazing sunsets. Easy walk into town.

From start to finish, it was the best stay we have. Cosey , very clean. Shower worked perfectly. Bed was so comfortable that as soon as our heads hit pillow we were asleep. Perfect Location right by the beach
