People are super nice, really traditional property excellent to live Edinburgh experience!
We had a great 3-day stay at the Brae Guest House as a family of three. The room was clean, comfortable, and just right for our needs. The location was very convenient, with a bus stop right outside and a Morrisons supermarket just behind the guest house. The neighbourhood felt safe and quiet, which made our stay even more relaxing. The hosts were friendly and made us feel welcome throughout. It was a pleasant and hassle-free experience, and we’d definitely recommend it to others looking for a simple, comfortable place to stay.
Great location! And Kadum was so kind and thoughtful. Everything was spotless, and the instructions were clear.
Convenience to Royal Mile, pamphlets available, double doors to enter.
The proprietors were very friendly and accommodating. This was not a hotel, but a Guest House, so it has that kind of homey feel. It was only a 20 minute walk to the beach, which I highly recommend, especially for lunch and a stroll. Holyrood Park was about 10 minutes away. The shower was hot, and the sunroom was a great place to spread out when your family is sleeping. The area was very quiet--I don't think that I would have liked to stay in the center of town due to the commotion.
