Very nice hotel for the price paid. Hotel is very clean and good and staff is very polite. Beautiful location.

Absolutely wonderful room - I had a garden room which was exceptional in all facilities and could view the open area and the stars -also a surprised added bonus of seeing tiny bats from nearby trees swooping in to find food was almost a Attenborough film clip - and so to bed which was so comfortable I didnt want to get up .
Very near where we needed, so location great ideal for Windermere & Ambleside very near the lake. Room large & comfortable
