It was the hottest night of the year and they put a fan in our room and fresh iced water. The room was very comfortable and the food was great. They had GF options for me and made us feel at home. It was busy but not too noisy to sleep. It was great being a 5 min walk from the river with the dogs where we found cool bars and lovely walks.

Beautiful medieval site converted into a Pub and cozy hotel. Clean, tidy, good food and drinks

This is a wonderful pub/ hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, The building is beautifully old and well kept with oodles of character. I stayed in a standard double room which isn't huge but very well equipped, comfortable and clean. The breakfast selection was excellent also. The bathroom is the best. The welcome pack was the stand out. There was tea bags, herbal tea, Earl Grey Tea, fresh coffee, chocolate, a bottle of beer and a small bottle of prosecco. I'll definitely be returning.

Loved the history, the quaintness and the great people here. In close proximity to a walking trail along Thames river with a small lock and dam, and very close to church built in 7th century.

amazing little b&b with a great pub and exceptional staff to make sure everything was perfect.
