We have been going there for about 8 years, nothing has changed, it's good value for money and suits our needs for visiting family.

Breakfast was fantastic, I only had bacon, eggs, toast but it was cooked to perfection and was good quality.

Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast cooked freshly.

first of all the staff were all so friendly and helpful we really could not fault them, the cooked breakfast was lovely and cooked perfectly. the room was lovely and large which was perfect since we had our dog with us so there was plenty of space for his bed to go. the bedding and towels ware nice and clean. the bathroom was a nice size and the sink was a good size with room around it to put all our stuff (toothbrushes contact lense cleaner and the usual bits and bobs)

The staff are fantastic and not in your face, the breakfast is amazing, the poached eggs are the best I've ever had, a great portion of baked beans, no silly ramekin in site. Our 2 dogs are always welcome. We have spent at least 9 days in total here this month, split between 2 visits. This is close to town, close th Prospect Park to walk our dogs and close to my family. I will be booking in again when we have to come to Reading for family occasions. Thank you to the staff.
