Extremely lovely staff, very clean, and some good, comfortable beds!
Clean friendly quiet place very good service very good communication with the owner and great location highly recommended.
A beautiful, comfortable hotel stay with everything at your fingertips. We will definitely be returning in the future :-)
An excellent stay, I don't have a single complaint. The room was provided with an effective heater, keeping it warm during night. There is a kitchen downstairs with fruits, yoghurt, milk, cereals, and cookies for breakfast, as well as a kettle and tea bags, toaster, bread and various spreads. The hosts responded to all queries very promptly and helpfully.
The location is just a few minutes on foot from shops and the University of Liverpool campus. Across the road there's currently the demolition site of the old Royal Hospital but somehow there wasn't much (if any) noise despite the works.h (if any) noise despite the works.
The host was very nice and kind to us, the facilities and rooms are comfortable.
