Extremely friendly staff at reception and the bar.

We had a night at the Crowne Plaza John Lennon because we had tickets to see the Boss in Anfield. The hotel is well kept, clean, and up to date for an Art Deco building. There are lovely features remaining, like the staircase, which can take you back to its opening, and you can imagine how fancy it would have been. The room is a good size, and the bed was a standard double. Bedding was of good quality and we slept well. It is a good hotel for what we require. The best bit was the breakfast. It is a buffet style, where you can choose what you want. I have coeliac disease, and I was able to have most of the fried breakfast items, including the sausages, which is a first. The hotel even had a designated gluten-free area with bread and breakfast cereals. Needless to say, I had my fill. Overall, it was a decent hotel with a good breakfast. I shall use return.

Cool old, Art Deco airport complete with abandoned planes in the back. Great breakfast and very comfortable beds!

Location optimal for airport and also last minute retail.For a stay longer than one night convenient for Liverpool attractions.

Great Arc Deco Grade 2 Listed Building. Lots of charm and character Excellent location if heading to John Lennon Airport. Just 5 min drive away. Very clean tidy rooms with Arc Deco furniture and features.
