Really great place with friendly staff. The location is very good as well and the front street is quiet at night.

While not quite in the city center, it’s walkable to old town and new town and Arthur’s seat, and we loved the location overall. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom/shower was nice. Staff was also great! Would stay here again.
Amazing location, short walk to all of Edinburgh attractions. Rooms are a bit dated but not too bad.
