Cairndale Hotel & Spa is located right in the very heart of Dumfries. DG One leisure club is less than a minute’s walk away, and the Theater Royal can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. The hotel offers 91 rooms with attached bathroom and suites, free car parking, and free Wi-Fi wireless internet access. Spa access can be purchased for an additional fee. Fine dining and an à la carte dinner menu is available in the restaurant every night, and all-day service is available until 22:00 in the Forum Cafe Bar. Cairndale also hosts regular weekend entertainment throughout the year, including a pianist in the Reivers Restaurant (on selected dates), as well as dinner dances and cabaret nights.

That the staff remembered our 10th anniversary and made it very special for my family.
It was in a very convenient location and the staff were very pleasant. Also the facilities were very good, as someone who spends a lot of time in hotels for work, the gym was one of the best I’ve saw.
Breakfast is good. The coffee could be a little stronger. Also, it would be nice if kippers, smoked haddock or fish kedgeree were sometimes offered for breakfast.
I love the swimming pool and steam room.
We also like the cosy bar and the advice about local whiskies that Matthew provided.
Lovely hotel, great staff, great location and free parking.
