The room was nice, it felt safe, centrally located, near the Tube and the roof top bar.
The cleanliness of the rooms. Friendly accommodating & knowledgeable staff. Convenient location near Tower of London & 2 tube stations.
Breakfast was good. Location was great - a short walk to The Tower and across the street from the subway. The gentleman who greeted everyone at breakfast was very friendly and nice. Beds were comfortable and hotel was clean. Very nice gym. Staff was great. Lots of pubs and cafes in the neighborhood.
Twin room was roomy and the shower was very good. Very close to the Aldgate underground station.
Good location and very clean. We got a room upgrade too and the view was amazing. The snacks and facilities in the room were great and staff were very friendly and helpful.
