Location was a 15 minute walk into Blackpool centre but was lovely walking looking to the see and the tower in the distance parking available outside the flat
Phil and Lynn were wonderful welcoming hosts, kitchen and bathroom were a little dated but were fully functional and well equipped with everything you need and most of all were spotlessly clean! 2 minute walk to tram station and opposite The Gynn pub which did decent value for money food. Very comfy bed too with quality bedding in the tastefully decorated lounge area. Will definitely return.
Hosts were really friendly to my two children. Great location, free parking outside, Top floor was really spacious. Tram stop super close. Quite both in and out of the apartment. Would book again
Friendly owners, on hand if needed, but there was everything you could want there, so we only needed to see them to check in & out. Spotlessly clean. Could see both the sea and the tower from window. Lovely walks along the seafront in both directions. Handy for shops and the Gynn pub for Sunday roast.

Apartment spotless and quiet - no street noise a nice walk to entertainment Soul Suite, Tower etc - on main bus/tram route.
Brilliant free street car parking.
Apartment very well equipped - hosts were super helpful.
