The hotel is located in a great location! Hyde Park is nearby, and all the main attractions can be reached on foot or by metro. The hotel room is very good, the hotel staff are very friendly and always try to help. The room was quite spacious, a kitchen with a washing machine, as well as a dryer and ironing board and iron were also in the room. The bathroom is simply magnificent! The hotel is very clean and tidy. I discovered 2 disadvantages for myself: the lack of normal Wi-Fi, that is, you can buy the ability to use the Internet, but as soon as you lock your phone, Wi-Fi will turn off, which is extremely inconvenient. The second drawback is the cleaning ladies, they are very nice, they don’t want to disturb you, but their schedule does not coincide with the stated one. One day, when I had to work all day, they came to me every hour, hoping that I had left my room. Another day they didn't come at all. On the day when the bed linen was supposed to be changed, they did not change it. It's not critical, it's just not always convenient.

The management and there customer service was excellent. Room for first night was unsuitable due to lots maintenance issues. Spoke to management and they automatically put us in another room with complimentary upgrade. Which was very nice as we were there for another Night.
