The little touches of chocolate on child’s pillows.
It's not often I get to stay in a zafari (nope i got the spelling correct) room. Especially when you are on business. I also saw ostrich bird things running around in the morning. Quite good fun
Everything about Chessington Hotel was good. Rooms were spacious, breakfast was varied and even had vegetarian options. It is a very friendly kids hotel and feels very safe. Location was good and only 10 minutes walk to nearest station. Overall perfect. Kids were just running around being kids so it was the perfect getaway.

The hotel, thought it is a bit far from Airport but very calm, surrounded by nature with great facilities. Humble and responsive staff. We had booked a room with breakfast, the breakfast had lot of options for all from non veg to veg / vegan. Clean and hygienic. Nice facility throughout. The kids section at reception is a standout for us. Kids love that. So as the pool, I recommend to have the pool water a bit more clean though.
Other than that, the hospitality is top notch..
