This place is a great value for money. The staff is incredibly helpful and kind, and they go above and beyond whenever they can. The location is very good. Close to a lot of public transportation and walkable from many of London sites. It is clean and safe.
Everything went really well. The people at the reception were super friendly and very sweet. The girls working at the breakfast service were very kind, especially a girl named Marian, I think.
