The service at Claridge’s cannot be beat! The hallmark of this hotel is attentive and personalized service. From afternoon tea, to a martini at the bar, to breakfast at Claridge’s restaurant, the staff makes you feel like royalty. The room was also quite big for this part of town. It was very comfortable.
Nigel Firth the concierge was wonderful and made our stay in London memorable.
The staff, the meals, attentiveness was all outstanding.
Nigel & Christof in concierge, Mr Cibilka in the restaurant George in the main bar and restaurant staff were all very attentive.
The men and women who attended the room each day
and the doormen were always extremely helpful.
