The location was ideal and the staff very nice and welcoming.
Post office and metro station right across the street.
Excellent breakfast buffet.
The room was very well appointed and very comfortable with everything we needed. The housekeeping staff did an excellent job, especially with their turn down service. The staff were all very talented, helpful and kind, especially Luvia, John, and Anna in the Hedgerow bar. The Pub offered delicious food and drinks and catered to hotel occupants. The concierge and front desk staff were all also very helpful and friendly.
Supper at resto/ pub was excellent

Excellent stay overall, staff very professional, room very comfortable, tried the restaurant as well and the food and service were excellent.
Clean quiet walking distance to Westminster area. Very nice staff, very welcoming.
