THE BEST HOTEL EVER!!!. I travel quite a bit and can say hands down this was the most spectacular stay I have ever had. the staff, the hotel, the rooms.... every single thing from beginning to end. will stay here every single time I visit London

the rooms were beautifully appointed with nice furnishings, comfortable beds, wonderful toiletries. i love that the bath and shower are separate. Staff was very friendly and helpful!

This was an amazing hotel. Every detail was perfect. It felt so warm and cozy. The staff went above and beyond our expectations. Bonus, the amazing seating room and honest bar! What a great touch.
