Fantastic communication and staff exceptionally helpful. We had a late arrival courier waiting for us. Location spot on. Very comfortable and clean. Milk and tea coffee to start us off. Will definitely rebook.

We were so fortunate to find this place. Town centre location with free underground parking. Easy to find and codes given in advance. Also met by a lovely young lady who gave us the keys and took us to the apartment. She showed us around and pointed everything out. The flat was clean and well laid out. The kitchen has everything you require for self catering. Smart bathroom with superb shower. Any problems, to ring and get in contact which we did not need. There are lifts to all floors and down to the garage making it easy for luggage. Brew kit supplied and great quality towels. Close by are shops, bars and restaurants. Stayed at a few places in Newcastle but this was the best so far. Let's hope the Super League Magic Weekend remains at St James's Park.
