All the staff were very attentive and friendly.
The property is by a lake and has a well-maintained garden with incredible views across the lake to the hills on the other side.
The breakfast was excellent with a wide range of food available. They also provided me with a vegan breakfast as requested.
Our room was in a part of the property from the 1570s and you could feel the history.
We were there for our anniversary, and the proprietor generously baked us a cake to celebrate!
