The view from the room, the room size and the friendly hospitality by the stuff. Too many coffee and restaurant places on the Cornish also the Brighton Pier is walking distance from the hotel
the hotel is lovely, has been recently refurbished. Very friendly and efficient check-in. The room was very spacious by UK standards.
The location is perfect, right on the waterfront in the centre of town.
Nice comfy clean quiet room. Staff friendly polite and helpful.
Our sea view balcony room was exceptional - huge windows across one entire wall overlooking the sea. The hotel is ideally located and within easy walking distance of great restaurants and shops. It was our anniversary, and the staff made us feel really welcome - even leaving a special sweet treat for us in the room. We had a lovely time and we'll be back!
