We spent the days out, leaving early in the morning and returning late in the evening. The staff was friendly. The check-in was easy. The room was very clean and the bed very comfy. The shower had good water pressure. We did not have any meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from DLR Prince Regent.

We came for a festival, great location and close to train line. Friendly staff and they let us check in early and we got a cookie on arrival :)

The staff were helpful and lovely, our room was excellent and very clean we have no complaints

The staff were fabulous. location was perfect for an uber to the 02 as we had a concert to attend. Also noticed that the hotel maids were cleaning handles and door frames which is always a good sign! we didn't eat at the hotel but the food looked great. Our room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfortable.

Perfect location for the Excel centre and also for getting into the centre of London. Lovely waterfront setting. Excellent hotel, staff both professional and friendly. We were given warm cookies on arrival, an unexpected added bonus. Breakfast, very good choice, everything you could possibly want We had one evening meal at the hotel and the food was fantastic. Exceptionally clean and modern hotel with a great bar area to relax in the evenings. Will definitely book again in the future.
